Any new or gently used preschool or elementary instruments would be greatly appreciated! We welcome recycling used instruments in good condition as we GO GREEN for music. Instruments and supplies that we need include: plastic recorders, rhythm sticks, tambourines, bells, maracas, xylophones, triangles, parachutes, electric pianos, and beginning sheet music for piano and recorder. We are an Illinois non-profit corporation with official 501(c) 3 Not-For-Profit status. WHO ARE WE?
RECORDERS OF HOPE AIMS TO BRING THE JOYAND HOPE OF MUSIC TO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE ACCESS TO MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND INSTRUCTION IN THEIR SCHOOLS.
WHAT DO WE DO?
OUR GOAL IS TO COLLECT NEW AND RECYCLED PLASTIC RECORDERS AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS FROM THE COMMUNITY AND THEN DISTRIBUTE THEM TO CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD, WHILE INTRODUCING THEM TO MUSICAL INSTRUCTION.
You donations of funds will go to purchasing preschool and elementary school instruments and supplies to help us in our global mission. We will use it to buy instruments, sheet music, and other music related supplies. In addition, we are seeking funding to install permanent music programs wherever we go.
